GUEST ROOM RATES

The Association of Leadership Educators group rate, July 6-11, 2013, is $115 per night for single or double occupancy.  This rate is available until June 17, 2013, or the room block fills up.

RESERVATIONS PROCEDURE

Reservations may be made directly via the hotel's toll free number (888-696-4806) or via the online reservation system, using the group block code ALE.

A one night's deposit guarantee will be required on each room or suite. Reservations and deposits received after June 17, 2013, or exceeding the contracted room block, will be confirmed on a space and rate available basis only.  Credit Card is for guarantee purposes and will not be charged until day of departure. 

Individual guest room deposits will be refunded if reservations are cancelled seventy-two (72) hours prior to the day of arrival. Non-cancelled room reservations (those that do not have an appropriate cancellation number) will not be refunded.

Alternate Hotel Information
