Gonzaga University’s Department of Organizational Leadership seeks to fill a 100% FTE, 9-month, tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor beginning fall semester 2019. This individual will teach graduate level courses in the Organizational Leadership Master’s program in both online and hybrid formats.
Required Qualifications: Ed.D. or Ph.D. degree in an academic discipline applicable to Leadership Studies; demonstrated ability to facilitate and teach both in a classroom and through alternative delivery methods (e.g., fully online and hybrid learning formats); and a demonstrated understanding of the mission of a Catholic, Jesuit institution and a willingness to embed those qualities into teaching.
