ALE contracts for the best possible room rates for its events and is required to guarantee a predetermined number of sleeping rooms. If the association does not meet the contracted room block, the hotel can charge an attrition fee, which will result in higher registration fees at future conferences. Therefore, we encourage you to book your room through our block at the conference hotel. Getting AroundAirport: Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) To/From the Airport: Graduate Minneapolis is about a 15-minute drive (10 miles) from the Minneapolis−Saint Paul International Airport. If you don’t have access to a car, local app-based ride-sharing services and taxis are available. The METRO Light Rail is also available between the airport and hotel--board the Blue Line at Terminal 1 or 2 toward Target Field; switch to the Green Line at U.S. Bank Stadium and board the Green Line toward Union Depot; the hotel is located at the East Bank stop. See the METRO Transit Map. Parking: Self parking is available for overnight guests at a rate of $28/night. In the event the hotel lot is full, parking will be validated for the Washington Avenue Ramp across the street from the hotel.
