Leadership Education Coordinator

Salary: $46,513–$49,000 (non-exempt, biweekly pay)
Georgia Southern is hiring a Leadership Education Coordinator to support student leadership development through teaching and programming. This role coordinates the Southern Leaders Program, teaches leadership courses, develops curriculum, and advises prospective leadership students on admissions and leadership scholarship opportunities. The coordinator also co-leads the BUILD program (a pre-matriculation leadership/service program), facilitates workshops, supports recruitment events, and supervises 1–2 graduate assistants.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree
At least 1 year of related experience (includes graduate assistantships)
Preferred Qualifications:
Teaching experience in higher ed
Supervisory experience
Familiarity with tools like Myers-Briggs, Enneagram, CliftonStrengths
