Conference Add-Ons
- Conference Excursion Guest Tickets: The conference excursion is included in registration for conference attendees only. Any guests much purchase an additional ticket. Use the Guest Tickets form to purchase extra tickets separate from registration.
- Donate to the Founder's Student Scholar Award Fund: This fund supports the Association's ability to offer free registration to four graduate or undergraduate students presenting at our annual conference.
Registration Policy
- All conference attendees, including presenters and speakers, must be registered to attend.
- Registration fees do not include ALE memberships. If you wish to join prior to registration, please click here.
- To qualify for the student rate you must be a undergraduate or graduate student who is not employed full-time.
- Registration payment is required within 30 days of registration. Unpaid registrations more than 30 days old are subject to deletion with or without notice to the registrant.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Conference cancellation requests must be sent to the Conference Chair via email (ALEConferenceChair@gmail.com). Such requests made a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the start of the conference will result in a refund of applicable registration payments, less a $75 fee. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days, but more than forty-eight (48) hours, prior to the start of the conference will result in a refund of applicable registration payments, less a $150 fee. Cancellations made with forty-eight (48) hours or less notice will receive no refund. Cancellations without a written request are considered “no shows” and will not receive refunds. Exceptions to this policy may be made by the board of directors from time-to-time on a case-by case basis if extenuating circumstances arise.
