Booking Deadline: Wednesday, June 24, 2026 for group rate *Subject to availability; Taxes not included *While we know you have options for your lodging-Your support in staying at the ALE contracted hotel helps keep the conference costs down, which directly effects your registration fees. ALE negotiates for the best possible room rates for its events and is required to guarantee a predetermined number of sleeping rooms. If the association does not meet the contracted room block, the hotel can charge an attrition fee, which will result in higher registration fees at future conferences. Therefore, we encourage you to book your room through our block at the conference hotel. |

Parking: Valet parking is $60.02 per night (additional 10% discount for conference attendees). Self-parking is available within a 2-block radius of the hotel but not provided by the hotel.
