The Association of Leadership Educators (ALE) believes that collaboration and dialogue are the keys to expanding the field of leadership studies and each year the association attracts nearly 200 scholars, students, and practitioners who join the conversation at our annual conference. This year’s conference will be in Philadelphia, PA from July 26-29, 2026. The theme From Firsts to Forward: Imagining Leadership for a New Era will highlight the exploration of new possibilities, challenge assumptions, and co-create pathways for leadership that reflect the needs of tomorrow. In a world that demands creativity, collaboration, and connectivity, we invite you to join us in a forward-thinking leadership space that aims to elevate voice, foster innovation, and inspire action.

Philadelphia is known as the "City of Firsts” and throughout 2026 the city will be celebrating the places, innovations, and moments that took root there. We are playing on that nickname with our theme, From Firsts to Forward: Imagining Leadership for a New Era and calling on leadership educators to come together and shape the future of leadership.

Sponsoring ALE’s 2026 conference provides for a unique opportunity to connect directly with conference attendees as well as having access to thousands more people via the Association’s website.
