Conference Registration

Conference registration for the 2020 Annual Conference in Nashville is now available! See below for information about registration for the Annual Conference AND the Research & Program Evaluation Pre-Conference Workshop. . . 

Register for the Conference

The conference registration fees are:

Member Registration - Early (June 5 deadline) $400.00
Student Registration - Early (June 5 deadline) $300.00

Member Registration - General (July 3 deadline) $425.00
Student Registration - General (July 3 deadline) $325.00

Non-Member Registration - $525.00
Late Registration - On Site (After July 3) $650.00

Pre-Conference - $30 (members and non-members). Register in the final steps of the conference registration process.

Early registration ends June 5, 2020 so make sure to register before then to receive a discount!

We are also pleased to offer a pre-conference session on Sunday, July 12 (1-4:00 p.m.). If you wish to attend, make sure to select that additional item as part of your conference registration.

How to Avoid the 7 Deadly Sins of Leadership Education Research and Evaluation

Are you interested in becoming a more rigorous researcher or leadership program evaluator? Feel you need a brush-up in that Research Methods or Assessment course you took in the past? Wondering how these topics relate to lust, wrath, and gluttony? This session is designed as a fun, engaging, and comprehensive boot camp in the fundamentals of data collection for the goal of improving our educational efforts.  A great fit for emerging scholars and anyone in need of reminders for how to do our work rigorously (which we believe is everyone!). 

Note: Attendance requires a small registration fee of $30 to cover operational expenses.

Cancellation Policy

Conference Registration and Cancellation Policies

1) All conference attendees, including presenters and speakers, must be registered and wear the appropriate conference ID in order to attend. Registration will be available on site.

2) Registration fees do not include ALE memberships. If you wish to join prior to registration, please visit the link above.

3) To qualify for the student rate you must be a undergraduate or graduate student who is not employed full-time. A current student ID must be presented upon check-in at the conference.

4) Registration payment is required in writing within 30 days of registering. Cancellation requests can be sent to Unpaid registrations more than 30 days old are subject to deletion with or without notice to the registrant.

5) Cancellations received a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the conference will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee.

6) Cancellations received less than fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the conference will be refunded less a $150 administrative fee.
